This book is in three parts with the first two intended for vocalists and all three parts for instrumentalists. It contains a series of exercises for all instruments. The areas covered include rhythmic organization (everything from 2 through 8 equal parts plus 12, 16 and more), changing meters, changing the rate of pulse, and polyrhythms.
